Community Guidelines

• Harassment, intimidation, threats, or stalking are prohibited.
• Bullying or exploitation of other users is prohibited.
• Discrimination or hate speech based on any protected characteristic is prohibited.
• Pressuring users to move communication off-Platform to evade safety features, or continuing unwanted contact off-Platform with users met through Kasted, is prohibited.

• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not falsely claim agency representation, professional credentials, or authority to act for a brand or agency.
• Do not misrepresent bookings, campaigns, professional history, or social proof.
• Do not use deceptive editing or manipulation intended to mislead other users.

Users may upload only content they own or have rights to use. AI-generated portfolio content must not be falsely represented as authentic client work, editorial work, or personal professional experience.

Kasted prohibits opportunities, messages, profiles, or content involving sexual services, escorting, trafficking, coercion, adult entertainment, intimate services, or any exploitation of users.

At launch, users may not create profiles for minors or upload portfolio content primarily featuring minors.

• No stolen portfolio work or copyright-infringing materials.
• No another person’s photos, likeness, or work uploaded without permission.
• No non-consensual content of any kind.
• No nude or sexually explicit content.
• No exploitative imagery or unauthorized commercial use of third-party likenesses.

• No scam casting calls, fraudulent opportunities, illegal job offers, unsafe requests, exploitative requests, or requests involving unlawful conduct.
• No payment, deposits, registration fees, classes, or purchases as a condition of consideration, submission, or booking.
• No opportunities involving nudity or sexually explicit work.
• No unsafe requirements such as undisclosed private residences for first meetings, demands for sensitive personal documents before legitimate booking, or conditions designed to isolate or pressure talent.

Report suspicious messages using in-app report and block tools or by contacting contact@kasted.co. Kasted may restrict messaging, remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users for messaging abuse.

• No scam offers, fraudulent opportunities, or pay-to-be-considered schemes.
• No unsafe private-location pressure.
• No impersonation or off-Platform pressure intended to evade safety and moderation tools.

Users may not scrape Platform data, harvest user information, use unauthorized bots or automated tools, circumvent paid discovery systems, or commercially exploit Platform infrastructure without authorization. These restrictions protect Platform integrity and user safety.

If you encounter unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior, report it through available Platform tools or by contacting contact@kasted.co. Never send money to obtain work.

Kasted reserves sole discretion regarding moderation and enforcement decisions. Violations may result in content removal, reduced Platform visibility, subscription suspension, account termination, or legal action.
