Kasted is for people who are 16 years or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong password. Don't share your login.
When you upload photos, videos, or any other content to Kasted, you keep full ownership of it. You grant Kasted a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform — meaning we can show your portfolio on your profile page. That's it. We don't claim rights to your work, we don't license it to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising without your permission.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to content you upload. Don't upload photos or videos that belong to someone else without permission.
Pro plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If we discontinue a Pro feature, we'll notify you in advance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a paid plan.
Kasted is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost bookings, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. We do our best to keep things running — but we can't guarantee uptime or that every brand on the platform is legitimate. Use your judgment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
